Got a speeding ticket. Will my insurance go up?

That is merely a maybe. I'm 18 and was thinking of enjoying a 2006 mitsubishi lancer evolution. I Would likely be using the vehicle to-go institution and to head to work although I only got my certificate to not longago. My parents cars might be used by me then and every now since they're better on gas. The automobile might be financed by me. I KNOW IVE TRIED quotes but AM I ABLE TO get the average? And wouldn't it be cheaper that I was included as being an extra driver and if dad was beneath the  insurance   plan? THANKS BEFOREHAND
